FRANCAIS

Avec quelques jours de retard sur le calendrier festif, voila enfin mon dessin pour la Nowelle.

Je me disais, comme ça, que ce serait amusant de voir le barbu envahi par ses "admirateurs" :aww:
C'est une idée que j'avais pour le Noël de l'an dernier mais je n'étais plus d'attaque pour le terminer. D'ailleurs je vais poster l'encrage bientôt.

les couleurs ont été faites aux crayons aquarellables, dont les subtiles nuances se sont barrées par le scan, comme toujours. Le fond, par contre n'est pas très recherché, hein?

Enfin, après quelques années de dessin, j'estime que j'aurais du faire un dessin plus intéressant que ça -_-
Un autre dessin de Noël est en préparation, mais je ne saurais dire quand il sera prêt.


ENGLISH

Here's my Christmas art after some days of late. I thought this would be funny to see the whitebeardman surrounded by his fans :aww:
This idea was already used for my Christmas pic of 2005 I haven't finished by the lack of motivation. I'll post its line art soon anyway.

The colors are made with watersoluble color pencils, but some smooth gradients are gone by the scanning, as always... And the background could be better isn't it?

To conclude it, after a few years of drawing, I estimate I' should have to make more interesting arts than that -_-
One another xmas art is also in progress but I don't know when it will be finished...

Meep, sorry I'm so late in commenting! I thought I had, but I guess I cleared it by accident D:
Anyhow, I think you did very well on it. Everything looks so colorful and efforted, as always. :D All the little characters are simply adorable and add life to the picture. Even the scan quality looks great; mine are usually too pale and dull, so I have to saturate them and make them darker...but then they wind up looking kind of cheap and unnatural(plus the white parts turn light grey). +_+;

Aaaww, don't be sorry for being late, I'm always glad to read your comments, it's a pleasure to read them n_n

But I'm still convinced the scanning have killed my delicate colors -.-. While your digitalized arts have always thin and neat colors. And I envy you for that :D

Finally, I was right to give up my previous version made the last year :D
